Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account only. If King368 identifies that a Player holds duplicate Accounts, all associated Accounts may be suspended pending investigation, and any balances held in duplicate Accounts are subject to forfeiture.
By using the Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
King368 reserves the right to investigate suspicious account activity at any time and to withhold funds pending the outcome of such investigations. Where illegal activity is detected or reasonably suspected, King368 may report relevant information to the appropriate authorities.
King368 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: DuitNow (instant), FPX bank transfer (5–15 minutes), Touch 'n Go eWallet (instant), Boost (instant), GrabPay (instant), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
King368 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's own name. Any deposit received from an unverified or third-party source will be returned to the sender and the associated Account may be suspended.

Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or obvious pricing error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, King368 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original wager amount to the Player's Account. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all game categories.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of King368.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, King368, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
King368's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
King368 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
King368 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an Account for cause, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonuses and pending investigations will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure for breach of these Terms.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Requests are processed within one (1) business day.
King368 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent on-site notification. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which King368 holds its international operating licence.
Players access King368 on a voluntary basis and are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. King368 does not represent or warrant that the services described herein are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Malaysian players specifically acknowledge their responsibility to understand the applicable legal framework in Malaysia before participating.
Any dispute between King368 and a Player that cannot be resolved through our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in King368's licensing jurisdiction. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
